Bookings
- To make a booking, complete the relevant enquiry form at the bottom of this page.
- Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. To secure your preferred dates, please book as soon as possible.
- Review the dates on our availability calendar below to find an open day/s that suit your needs. If you can't find any suitable dates, email Brewongle to check.
- Review the FAQ for quick answers. If your question remains unresolved, email Brewongle with your query brewongle-e.school@det.nsw.edu.au
Availability calendar
Step 1 - Use our availability calendar to check available dates and simplify your booking process.
The calendar is updated daily.
Excursion programs
- Days marked 'excursion available' in red, are available for excursions at Brewongle EEC or overnight camps.
- On days marked 'excursion available (limited numbers)', we have other bookings but may be able to accommodate multiple bookings on that day.
Incursion programs
Days marked 'incursion available' in orange, are available for incursions with Brewongle. Incursions are provisionally available pending student numbers, offsite location and Brewongle staffing availability.
Camp bookings
For camp bookings, please find concurrent 'excursion available' dates and contact us to book.
Other calendar notes
- Days with 'fully booked' are currently full.
- Days marked with 'current TBC booking' highlight days that are being discussed and finalised with a school. If this appears on your preferred day, please email us in case the other booking does not get finalised.
Kayaking programs
Please note that kayaking programs at Brewongle EEC are available only from Tuesday to Thursday.
If you wish to include kayaking, kindly select your excursion dates accordingly.
Step 2 - Complete the relevant booking enquiry form
After selecting an available date that suits your school, please complete the relevant booking enquiry form below. During the school term, you can expect to receive an email from our Business Manager within one week.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive the confirmation email.
