Secondary leadership and teambuilding programs

Brewongle Environmental Education Centre provides engaging, hands-on leadership and teambuilding experiences for students from primary through to secondary school. Located on Dharug Country at Sackville North in North West Sydney, our programs use the natural environment and outdoor challenges to develop confident, capable and collaborative young people.

Through practical team challenges, problem-solving activities and outdoor experiences, students develop communication, cooperation, resilience, initiative and leadership skills. Activities encourage students to recognise their own strengths, support others, take on different roles and work together towards shared goals in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Programs are delivered by NSW Department of Education teachers and can be tailored to suit the age, needs and goals of individual groups. From Year 6 leadership days and team-building excursions to immersive overnight camps, Brewongle provides authentic opportunities for students to challenge themselves, strengthen relationships and develop skills they can take back to their school and wider community.
