Program overview

Support your student leaders and high potential and gifted students with our specialised leadership and team building programs, part of our high potential and gifted education (HPGE) offerings.

Available as a day excursion, incursion or an overnight camp, these programs provide a dynamic mix of team building, communication, problem-solving, and outdoor challenge activities. Specifically designed to intellectually challenge students, spark creativity, and enhance their social and emotional skills. Through these engaging experiences, students develop the confidence and capacity to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and lead with empathy and resilience.

Our leadership and team building program caters to both primary and secondary students, offering adaptable activities tailored to suit different age groups and developmental stages.

By participating in this HPGE program, students gain valuable skills that support their growth as future leaders and equip them to thrive in diverse social settings. The program encourages self-reflection, strengthens teamwork, and fosters a strong sense of community among participants.
