At Brewongle Environmental Education Centre, we are committed to implementing inclusive environmental education for all our students, whether in mainstream classes or specialised programs. Inclusion is a foundational principle, supported by the centre's culture, policies, and everyday practices. Inclusive environmental education ensures that all students can access and fully engage in learning about the environment and culture and can connect to Country in a meaningful way.
In addition to logistical supports such as ramps and an all terrain wheelchair, we have created an inclusive education website. This site has been designed to help all students prepare for a visit to Brewongle EEC and includes detailed information about camps and day visits.
The inclusive education website includes a range of resources including:

We sincerely acknowledge Aboriginal Elders past, present and emerging - the masters of sustainability. We thank the Elders and knowledge-holders who've shared with us, and those we work and connect with at Brewongle. We endeavour to continue to connect with Darug land and build her connection with our students.
