Activity 1 - A way of life

Activity 2 - Mapping Country in modern and old ways

Students use a map and compass to orientate themselves in the landscape and complete a navigation challenge. They then learn traditional ways of mapping Country and place.

Activity 3 - Micro-climate comparison

Students use fieldwork equipment to investigate and compare the micro-climate of two different places at Brewongle with a focus on temperature, humidity and vegetation. Students learn about the role climate plays in shaping vegetation.
